Returns & exchanges policy

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted due to slight differences in colour, fabric feel or texture resulting from lighting, photography, screen settings or the natural characteristics of the material.

If you receive an incorrect product

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery by email (priyomdesigns@gmail.com) or WhatsApp (+971 56 441 7239).

• An uninterrupted parcel-opening video, without cuts, pauses or edits, is required for verification.
• The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and returned with its original tags and packaging.
• Once the issue is verified, an eligible product will be replaced or exchanged, subject to availability. If a replacement is unavailable, store credit may be provided. Cash refunds are not offered.
• Delivery charges are non-refundable, except when Priyam Designs has supplied the incorrect product.
